Shipping Policy

Teri Jon online can only deliver to physical addresses and does not deliver to P.O. boxes. All online orders are processed Monday thru Friday. Orders received on weekends, holidays and after 12pm noon Eastern Time will be processed on the next business day. For deliveries to U.S. addresses, please allow up to ten (10) business days for Standard delivery, and three (3) business days for Express delivery. Estimated delivery times and shipping rates for [non-U.S. addresses] will be calculated prior to completion of the purchase online.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Terijon.net purchase you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy. For full-price merchandise, you may return the item(s) and receive full credit up to 14 days after the purchase date. All returned items must be accompanied by a receipt and the original tags and labels must be attached. Discounted sale items are final sales.
